We are a property management company that offers furnished rental homes in Southern Virginia, including Danville and the surrounding areas. Each home is beautifully furnished and fully stocked to make move-in seamless. All utilities, landscaping and maintenance are included with the monthly rental fee. Our homes can be rented for a lease term of three months or more. We aim to offer rental options that are exceptional in both comfort and service.

Our Story
Cardinal Ridge Properties was founded in 2021 by two people who grew up in the Danville, Virginia area. In recent years, they began to see Danville start to evolve. This evolution included the revitalization of the downtown area, the renovation of historic buildings, the addition of new restaurants, shopping and greenspaces and most recently, the opening of Caesar's Virginia. As a result of this growth, there became a rise in the number of people traveling, working and moving to Danville. The company founders soon realized that there was a need for high end, mid-term, housing options in the area. So with that, Cardinal Ridge Properties was created.
